Refund & Exchange Policy

At STRIV, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our refund and return terms carefully.

When can I request a refund?

Customers may request a refund within 14 days of receiving their order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • The item is returned in its original condition with tags and packaging intact

Refund Processing Time

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
  • Processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment provider



Non-Refundable Cases

Refund requests will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Items that have been used, worn, or damaged by the customer
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Items purchased during sales or promotions (unless defective)
  • Requests made after the 14-day return window

Defective or Incorrect Items
