Refund & Exchange Policy
At STRIV, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our refund and return terms carefully.
When can I request a refund?
Customers may request a refund within 14 days of receiving their order, provided that:
- The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed
- The item is returned in its original condition with tags and packaging intact
Refund Processing Time
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
- Processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment provider
Non-Refundable Cases
Refund requests will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Items that have been used, worn, or damaged by the customer
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Items purchased during sales or promotions (unless defective)
- Requests made after the 14-day return window
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will resolve the issue accordingly.
Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect
